Vaida is an Associate Certified Coach [ACC] from the International Coaching Federation [ICF] and a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute in the UK, with a background in HR at tech startups and scale-ups for over 10 years.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership development, and career coaching, where she helps professionals navigate the complexities of modern work environments.
